PAYMENT METHODS
For our customers, we have provided a wide range of online payments, created according to their wishes and needs. In the future, we plan to expand these possibilities, and at the moment the following forms of payment are available:
Payment by credit cards:
ONE TIME: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Diners, Discover and DinaCard
UP TO 12 INTEREST-FREE INSTALLMENTS: Diners, Maestro, Master Card, Visa
Note : If your card supports payment in installments, when entering data into the system, it is necessary to enter the first 4-8 digits of the card so that the system recognizes which card it is and enables the selection of the payment installment number.
Payment by bank transfer/general money order:
The option of payment by direct debit/general payment order enables payment via internet banking , mobile banking , in a bank, etc. By choosing this option when ordering a product, you will receive the information necessary to make the payment to your e-mail address. The processing process starts when we register the payment in our system.
R1 INVOICE ISSUANCE:
It is possible to issue R1 invoices for all forms of payment. The data for creating an R1 account is filled in when choosing the payment method and it is necessary to fill in the fields ‘Company’ and ‘OIB’. Due to legal regulations, we are unable to subsequently issue R1 invoices, so please make sure you have entered all the required information.
